Early bird registration - now until 15 October 2009
Members: R1500.00
Non-members: R2000.00
General registration – 16 October until 15 November 2009
Members: R2000.00
Non-members: R2600.00
Late comer registration – 16 November until 27 November 2009
Members: R2600.00
Non-members: R3000.00
On site registration 30 November until 1 December 2009
Members: R3000.00
Non-members: R3500.00
